No serious posts coming out of my laptop at the moment. I’m in the middle of a pile of paper writing that is refusing to do itself. But given it’s around about the 40th anniversary of Woodstock, I thought some nostalgia might be suitable. See the video below. Also indicates how governments are still struggling as much as 40 years ago to convince people of the point of engaging in complex military operations abroad. I take no political position in putting up this post, but I do wish we had some more charismatic imagery to go with our own times:
